Job Purpose/Responsibilities
Relationship Officer Development Program (RODP) is a fast-track program for fresh graduate holding a Bachelor Degree (S1).
The successful candidate will undergo 6-months intensive class room training and on-the-job assignment in wealth management for specific responsibilities as per below:
1. Manage a premier customer portfolio including relationship acquisition, deepening and retention.
2. Provide excellent service to new and existing premier clients.
3. Meeting individual sales goals.
4. Implementing the Bank’s procedures.
5. Responsible for actively promoting the Bank’s products and services to prospective as well as existing premier customers.
6. Building and strengthening profitable premier customer relationship and executing the sales and service plan of the Branch.
7. Monitoring accounts and identifying opportunities to deepen relationship.
8. Processing premier customer transactions and resolving customer inquiries and issues immediately.
Upon completion of the program, RODP graduate will be assigned as an Relationship Officer.
1. Hold bachelor degree in any major with GPA minimum 2.75.
2. Possessing excellent command in English.
3. has pleasant personality
4. Excellent inter personal skills
5. Not more then 25 years old by December 2008.
6. Previous organization experience in sales and relationship building will be an advantage.
