Officer Development Program - ABN AMRO

Job Purpose/Responsibilities
Officer Development Program (ODP) is a fast-track program for fresh graduate holding a Bachelor Degree (S1).

The successful candidate will undergo 6-months intensive class room training and on-the-job assignment in specific assigned banking areas.

Upon completion of the program, ODP graduate will be assigned as a Senior Officer.

Required Qualifications

1. Hold Bachelor Degree in any major with GPA min 3.3
2. Age not more than 24 years old by December 2007
3. Strong communication skills
4. Excellent command of English
5. Willing to be posted across Indonesia
